Slow Food USA Ark of Taste Dinner
We hosted Slow Food USA's Board of Directors for the Ark of Taste dinner and boy, was it fun! Slow Food USA and its New Orleans chapter aim to ensure that everyone has the "right to the pleasure of good food and consequently the responsibility to protect the heritage of food, tradition and culture that make this possible." We're talking the preservation of Creole cream cheese, crawfish and everything else that makes Louisiana the best place to eat in the world (in our opinion). Everyone had a fabulous time. Check out the snapshots below, dahlings, and contact Slow Food New Orleans if you'd like to get involved: Slow Food Community Projects.
