BarBar's Blog: Mixology Monday with MOTAC

Posted on: May 20 2013 | Posted in: BarBar's Events

We just wrapped up our monthly mixology seminar (held the first Monday of every month) with the Museum of the American Cocktail and I just have to say, this may have been my favorite seminar yet! Dale DeGroff, also known as King Cocktail, talked rum and more with his partners-in-crime Simon Ford and Chris McMillian. It was an all-around informative, fun and fabulous good time in our main dining room. And to top it all off, my dear friend Tory McPhail of Commander's Palace was crowned Best Chef of the South at the James Beard Foundation Awards ceremony mere minutes after the seminar concluded! Below I've posted just a few of my favorite photos from the evening. I hope to see you at the next Mixology Monday, Dahlings!
