Jingle, jingle. Hear those bells? Everyone who dines with us for lunch from December 1 - December 23 will receive our famous "Brennan" jingle bells to wear proudly home. And NEW THIS YEAR: Christmas Carolers will serenade our lunch guests Wednesday, December 17 through Friday, December 19. Enjoy a festive holiday lunch with us!

Calling all Entrepreneurs!
SoBou’s BarPreneurs lunch hour is Friday, January 16, 2015

You're welcome to participate or simply come watch. We’ve got eight seats to fill with brilliant minds who have brilliant ideas they want to pitch to our veteran entrepreneur and a crack team of experts.

We’ll start at the bar with minute-long pitches from our eight entrepreneurs. The top three will move on to the next round to talk ideas with our team. Our expert BarPreneur and team will choose their favorite idea and take the winner to lunch at SoBou to continue the conversation. Get your idea heard, possibly get feedback and at the least get some practice pitching. Observers welcome, too!

It’s easy to get one of our eight pitching spots. Email Sam Fritz at with a sentence or two about your idea and we’ll reserve your spot on a first-come first-serve basis. Then show up with your idea, ready to battle it out with seven other aspiring entrepreneurs!

Our BarPreneurs are Tim Williamson, Co-Founder and CEO of Idea Village, and J. Anthony Miguez, an IDEAsession mentor and Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Idea Village. One-minute pitches begin at noon; lunch will wrap up by 1:30.

Ready, Set, Shake

Come see the show! Our bartenders duke it out with ingredients from the kitchen to see who can make the best cocktail with what they're given. If you're lucky enought to be sitting at the bar you'll get to taste the resulting cocktails and vote for your favorite!
