SoBou Sips is a monthly series that will explore the ever increasing variety of spirits and liqueurs. Led by Bar Chef Abigail Gullo, SoBou Sips is open to industry professionals and the drinking enthusiast alike. Every session includes a tasting of spirits, a palette-cleansing cocktail and a blind tasting. Prepare your stomach before hand with Happier Hour bites from 3-6 p.m. With delicious bites and sips from SoBou, you are sure to leave in high spirits!

Sugar cane is essential to the Louisiana economy and three local distilleries are turning that sugar into rum! This rum tasting will feature all of our local Louisiana distillers and their varieties of white, spiced and aged rums. $25 includes 4 tastings and a palette-cleansing cocktail.
